King Arthur and GuinevereThis is a featured page

Guinevere was a beautiful woman and daughter of King Lodegrance of Camylarde. Her and Arthur fell in love and soon became married. For a dowry on their wedding day, Arthur was given a round table and knights to fill it from King Lodegrance. His court was established in Camelot. The marriage was successful until Guinevere fell in love with a knight from the round table named Sir Lancelot. She soon had an affair with him and Mordred, who knows about the relationship, tells his father that his wife was cheating on him. Arthur condemns Guinevere to death and chases her and Sir Lancelot into France where they try and hide from him. (1)
