Macbeth (spoilers if anybody cares)

Macbeth was written around 1607 and is regarded as one of Skakespeare's darker plays. Macbeth rises to power in Scotland by the murder of King Duncan. His wife, Lady Macbeth partakes in witchcraft, insanity, and suicide. Even the god of Chaos,
Hecate, is a character. (2)

HAMLET
Hamlet is one of the most popular plays by William Shakespeare. This play was written between the years of 1601 and 1602. This play was a tragedy and milestone for Shakespeare. The story is depicted by the hero's "struggle with moral integrity and the need to avenge his father's murder".

Romeo and Juliet
Romeo and Juliet was writen by William Shakespeare in the year 1595. It is one of his most famous plays. Even when writing about death, he is able to make it sound beautiful with the thoughts of love. The story is about two lovers who must overcome obstacles from their families who don't want them together, but in the end they die together. From the begining, their fate was always against them.(4)

Othello
Othello was written in 1604 when Shakespeare was 40. (5)

Antony and Cleopatra
This play is the story of the affair between the Roman General Antony and the Egyptian queen Cleopatra. Their blind passion eventually leads to their ultimate downfall and deaths. The plot includes the strong themes of ambition, power, love, friendship, deception, and disaster. (6)
