The NarratorThis is a featured page

The narrator of this story eventually pressents himself as one of the pilgrims. He is an 'unreliable narrator', in that he tells the story based on any information he takes in, whether it is true or not. He believes whatever he is told by the other pilgrims and is therefore not an accurate source of knowledge for them. The host accuses him of being quiet and timid and he recites knowledge from everything. (1)
